3" x 11" Clear Flat Cello Bags. A high clarity, 1.5mil film with good stiffness provides an excellent oxygen and moisture barrier. Our flat cello bags have a solid front with the film wrapping around to a center seam on the back. They have a foldover bottom. The foldover bottom provides added strength and prevents your products from pushing through. Our standard cellophane bags are suitable for most uses. They are FDA approved for food contact.

I only received 4000, even though I bought 5000. No one send me any information that it is a partial delivery and when I will be receiving the rest of the bags (1000).

This was my favorite size in my order. I made a custom card stock box to hold Hand dipped "Oreo" cookies (faux reo) and the box slid in these bags perfectly allowing the pretty hand dipped cookies seen through the package. The bags are plenty clean and the quality is perfect. My shipment arrived FAST and Walt was more than patient as I ended up canceling my order and reordering another bag. Great company to deal with.
