The service for this company is both efficient and personable. I love the bags, however they do vary with how thick/thin they are. We seal them for end of dinner giveaways, and the last batch we received was significantly thinner than the previous batch, so my first sealing was a melted mess and had to adjust the sealer a fair bit. Worked out ok in the end, but just be aware that this might happen.

This is the second time I have ordered these pouches, with a specific purpose in mind. The second order was a much larger quantity, and I was disappointed to find that the heat seals on all of the pouches along the bottom that is a full quarter inch - much larger than the seals on the first order I received. While it's still usable for our purposes, it's significantly cut into the usable space in the bag and has aesthetically changed the look of the product. I would love to see greater consistency in your products, as I value the Eco-friendly alternatives.

I have a Bath needed a simple, clean & green way to  package samples that I add with my orders. Green packaging is very limited. Green packaging that is small, clean and affordable is almost nonexistent. I love that cellobags.com offers food grade real wood cellulose bags that I can heat seal that I can use for everything from samples to gift sets. I appreciate knowing that I can protect my products without harming people or planet.
