biodegradable cello bags flat November 24, 2013 Reviewer: barney kohout from Carrboro, NC United States   These bags seal great with heat sealer . I even sealed water in them too . They breath air but hold water like gortex . You can tell they are made from wood because unlike plastic bags these bags burn like paper . Macaroon bag May 31, 2013 Reviewer: Snowflake Bakery Gluten Free from Bridgewater, MA United States   One of my best loved cookies is an eggless macaroon. I enjoy telling people the bag is biodegradable. I wish this size bag was about an inch shorter, as I need to cut them after sealing as there is too much left behind. I also use it for scones, etc. A very good single serving bag that seals well. May need to buy a different sealer as it takes two tries to seal it but they look very nice and stay sealed.
