Renewable Energy is energy that comes from natural resources such as sunlight, wind, rain, geothermal heat, which can be naturally replenished. Some of our bags (trash bags & flat & gusseted poly bags) are manufactured in the USA using 100% renewable energy. Our manufacturing facilities buy renewable energy from sources like wind and solar power. For every 13,000 MWh of traditional electricity we eliminate from the manufacturing process, we avoid 18 million pounds of CO2 emissions. That's equivalent to taking 1,740 cars off the road for 1 year.
